Cancellation Policy

All appointments at Studio at 82 require a deposit to secure your booking. We understand that life happens, so if you’re unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the total service cost to the card on file.

We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to manage our schedule and continue offering the best service to all of our clients.
