BOOKING AND APPOINTMENT POLICY

At Studio at 82, we value your time and the time of our other clients, so we kindly ask that you respect our booking policies.

• All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost to the card on file.
   

Running Late:

We understand that life happens, but please respect that we run by appointment only.

• If you arrive more than 5 minutes late without notifying us, a late fee may apply.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment is at risk of cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.
   

Children and Guests:

We understand that sometimes we need to bring children to our appointments - we are child friendly, however; please let us know when booking so we can cater with toys and extra seating.

• Extra guests (other than your children) are not permitted in the salon during your appointment.
   

These policies help us create a calm environment and respect every client’s time, while ensuring we can deliver the best possible experience for everyone.
