Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Studio at 82


Appointments can be made via our website or Instagram.

By booking with Studio at 82, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all booking policies and cancellation terms outlined below. No exceptions will be made. Studio at 82 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment if these policies are not adhered to.



Booking Fees

A non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee of $30 is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be deducted from your total service price, with the remaining balance payable at the conclusion of your appointment.

If your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, the booking fee will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to a future appointment.



Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a full charge of the booked service to cover loss of business.
     

Cancellation fees apply regardless of circumstances, as Studio at 82 operates strictly by appointment. By booking, you authorise Studio at 82 to charge any applicable fees to your nominated payment method.



No Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a full charge of the booked service. This amount must be paid in full before any future bookings can be made.

Clients who fail to attend appointments more than once will be blacklisted and will no longer be eligible to book with Studio at 82.



Changes to Services & Rescheduling

All appointment changes, cancellations, or reschedules require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

  • With sufficient notice, your booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment.
  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times only.
  • Any further rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the booking fee, and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment.



 

Punctuality & Guests

Studio at 82 allows a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be classified as a no-show and charged in full.

Please note:

  • Late arrivals do not extend appointment times.
  • Services will be performed within the remaining scheduled time only.
  • Full service charges still apply, regardless of lateness.
     

Guests and plus-ones are not permitted to attend appointments. Children may attend only with prior notification and approval. Failure to comply with this policy may result in appointment cancellation and full service charges.



Illness Policy

For the health and safety of all clients and staff, please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell. If you are sick, you must reschedule your appointment.

Please note that cancellation fees still apply if 48 hours’ notice is not provided.



Pricing

All prices are reviewed quarterly and are subject to change without notice.



Service Satisfaction

Studio at 82 does not offer refunds on services.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving your appointment, so concerns can be addressed immediately. Any necessary adjustments or repairs will be offered complimentary within 2 days of your appointment.



Aftercare – Brow Services

Proper aftercare is essential for optimal results and longevity:

  • Do not wet brows for 24 hours following brow lamination or tint/dye services
  • Use oil-free makeup and skincare products 
  • Brush brow hairs daily as advised
     


Payments

Cash payments are accepted; however, correct tender is required, as no change will be provided. Any overpayment may be added to your client file as a credit.

Bank transfer, Afterpay & Zippay payments are also available.

Aftercare and Treatment Responsibility

By booking an appointment with Studio at 82, you acknowledge that you are responsible for following all recommended aftercare instructions. Maddison and Studio at 82 hold no legal or financial obligation for any results, concerns, or issues that may arise after your treatment. By confirming your booking, you agree to assume responsibility for your aftercare and any outcomes related to your service.
